Why worry about backups? C&J Computer Consulting offers remote backup. Can you afford to lose a day's or week's work on your accounting, ordering, inventory, or scheduling? What about your customer information? Hard drive failures or human error destroy valuable information. Regular backups reduce the cost of re-entering lost information and return people to work more quickly. We will help you choose what data and how often to backup. A program (the client) on your PC will copy the data, and encrypt it so nobody can read it. Then the client will send the encrypted data to our storage server. We will monitor the backups and test them regularly.

C&J's Backup Solutions is committed to providing highly effective backup systems to all customers, from the one-person business to multiple office businesses with highly complicated business needs. We have created the following backup services to accommodate the needs of a wide range of businesses

1. Personal Backup Plan: Perfect for professionals, telecommuters, and small offices with a few key files to protect.
   ** Only $19.95/month ** for up to 100MB of data.
   Unlimited file backup/restores
   
2. Professional Backup Plan: Complete protection. Same as personal plan plus monitoring, free technical support for recovery, and up to 1.0GB of storage.
   ** Only $36.00/month **
   
3. Office Backup Plan: Backup your entire office. Same as professional plan plus server backup and multiple workstations up to 6GB of storage.
   ** Only $189/month ** plus hourly setup charges
   
4. Custom Backup Plans: Create your own backup system customized to your specific needs using our products and expertise. Our backup products can be installed at your location. Considering a business might pay an employee $12 per hour to perform backups, 5 days a week, for 1 hour per day, their cost would be $270, that's a savings of up to $195.00 per month! You also have the added assurance that your data is completely secure offsite.

C&J also provides a Quarterly CD Service for $29.95/month* for businesses that want a permanent archive for their records. In fact, any time you wish a complete record of your data on CD's, C&J will prepare a set of recovery CD's for $99.95* containing your entire backup set and ship it to you!

*Additional $5/GB CD charge for backup sets over 5 gigabytes

With a signed contract, rates will not increase without 30 day written notice to monthly customers. The right is reserved to refuse service to Customer and to cancel service within 30 days written notice. In the event service is cancelled or refused, Customer is not liable for charges for the previous 30 days. Customers discontinued for non-payment are subject to a reactivation fee equal to one month's service. Customer assumes all responsibility for telecommunications charges, long distance calls, and toll calls.

Remote Help Desk: The ability to fix your computer issues remotely from our office rather than on site, saving you the time and trouble of bringing your system to us. C&J Computer Consulting has the ability to assist you with many of your computer questions remotely. Via an internet connection, C&J can take over you computer and fix most issues right before your eyes. C&J Computers charges $125.00 per hour of help. This rate is charged in fifteen minute increments with a fifteen minute minimum. If you would like to use this service please have your credit card handy.
